Pasting a screenshot is often faster than saving and attaching a file.

Copy the visible screen

  • Windows: Win+Shift+S, then choose an area. The image is copied automatically.
  • Mac: Cmd+Ctrl+Shift+4, then drag over an area.

Copy a full page or an annotated capture

  1. Capture with Capurize (for example Alt+Shift+P for the full page).
  2. Annotate or redact if needed.
  3. With nothing selected, press Ctrl+C (Cmd+C on Mac), or click Copy image in the panel on the right.
  4. Paste with Ctrl+V into your chat, email or ticket.

Tip: Redact before copying: anything on the clipboard can be pasted by any app you use next.

Very long full-page captures can be large; some apps limit how big a pasted image can be. For long pages, export a PDF and attach it instead.

Try it with Capurize
