1. About these terms
These terms apply to the Capurize browser extension and the capurize.com website (together, “Capurize”). Capurize is an independent software product operated from Pakistan. By installing or using Capurize you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don’t use it.
2. Your licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Capurize for personal and professional purposes. You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute the extension, or remove its notices. Third-party components included in Capurize are licensed under their own open-source licences.
3. Your content and your responsibilities
Screenshots and files you create with Capurize belong to you, or to whoever owns the content you captured. Capurize does not claim any rights to them and does not receive them.
You are responsible for what you capture and share. Only capture and share content you have the right to, respect other people’s privacy, copyright and confidentiality, and follow the terms of the websites you capture. Do not use Capurize for unlawful purposes.
Redaction tools change the exported image, but you are responsible for checking that sensitive information is fully hidden before you share a file.
4. Pricing and future paid plans
Capurize is currently free. We may introduce a paid Pro plan later. If we do, the price, what it includes, and its billing, cancellation and refund terms will be shown on the pricing page and agreed at checkout before you are charged. Capturing pages, PNG download and copying to the clipboard will remain free.
5. Availability and changes
We may update, change or discontinue features. Browser updates and website changes outside our control can affect how capturing works on particular pages.
6. No warranty
Capurize is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free, that every page can be captured exactly, or that stored projects can never be lost; keep exported copies of anything important.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of Capurize. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer where you live.
8. Ending use
You can stop using Capurize at any time by removing the extension, which also deletes its stored data. We may stop providing Capurize to anyone who misuses it.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post changes on this page and update the date above. Continuing to use Capurize after changes take effect means you accept them.
